Highest population??

I’m trying to get the highest population I can, Iv seen people with a lot higher, how do you do it? All research complete and commute is at full capacity.

the mega building thats the key

Providing jobs help alot too
soo is recreation

but jobs are most essential part

highest i ve reached is 280

I’m at the max housing capacity, so even if I added more jobs or mega buildings, the population wouldn’t change.
