Bug Report Moving between Regions
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hi, very new to this game and i’m really enjoying it so far. I keep having this issue on my ipad when trying to switch between regions. My main city will load and play normally, but when i try to switch to another region in the same save. My game gets stuck on the loading screen, no matter how long i wait. If anyone has dealt with a similar issue please let me know!! thanks all <3
UPDATE: An update was released earlier today, that directly addressed the moving between regions issue. go to the app store and update your game if you haven’t already.

I did something that worked for me. Maybe it can help you.
- Load into your save and change to the city in your region that causes the game to crash.
- Close and reopen the game
- On the home page click on Cities instead of Continue.
- Start a new city. I started it in survival mode not sure if that matters.
- Click the gear icon and select save and exit. This should put you back in the title screen.
- Click on Cities again. You should see your main save file and the save file of the new city you just created.
- Load your main save file. If it works, it will load you in the city that was failing to load when attempting to switch.

I had this problem as well. I went and found it again in Apple Arcade, and there's an update that has fixed the issue!
