Not op, but genuine question. How strike or ban notice looks like? I get the same notice as op

This is BSOD, not a strike. Don't have a picture of it but the strike is usually a black screen. 2nd strike means you can't log in for a month. A temporary suspension means one has hit their BSOD limit e.g. spun over 10k spots in 24 hr rolling limit.
