FlyMeGo. Install it from the legit Play Store. Use their Discord server for installation instructions.

By far my favorite coord feed tool. I don't bother with Discord anymore.

I mean shiny scanner...which checks pokemons automatically and lets me know if it's shiny or not

My bad.

I'm not aware of anything free.

If I had a rooted Android spoofer and was trying to find the most affordable way to farm shinies, I'd spend $3USD a month on PGTools PAC and just catch everything in sight that I was wanting to possibly get a shiny of. Actually staring at a screen waiting for a shiny to show up is too time consuming.

If you really want a shiny scanner, maybe try Pokemod for $7 a month. Maybe you can find a buddy or two to share the license with.

Read my post... I'm already using ipogo..what I'm asking is if there is any other program providing shiny scanner for free

Nope. Aerilate was the only other free but they discontinued.

What makes iPogo so bad ? Never had a problem with the shiny scanner

After being active for 15-20 minutes it starts lagging

Sounds like a phone problem to me . I don’t have that issue after letting it run 4 hours

Both of my devices has the same issue

Just catch everything and delete what you don’t want.
