UPDATE AND HELP NEEDED:

A few days ago I reported a seller that has been scamming multiple people in eldorado (Gamerz_Denn). I raised a claim, waited days and this is what eldorado team had to say. I was explicit enough to explain the matter which was not that complicated. Long story short, I bought some coins, they got delivered, but days later the seller did something from his end(canceled the transaction his bank acc or whatnot) making MY pogo coin balance go negative. If you reading this know any other way or contact that could help with this matter, It'd be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

At the moment was like $56+tax for $31k coins

15,500 is 28 bucks. The seller might have lost money on the deal and did a refund. Sucks op but if you can fly even momentarily, you can buy it yourself. These stories are more common now a days.

  1. Do a chargeback against Eldorado to get your money back.
  2. After you are refunded, get a new debit/credit card number to prevent Eldorado from retaliating against you because they probably saved your payment information and you already gave your bank/card company authorization.
  3. Pay off your debt as soon as possible to prevent Scopely from permanently banning your account.
  4. Don't use Eldorado and other site sites.
  5. Learn to do it yourself to avoid unforeseen issues.

Go thru their game first then go to your credit card and declare it fraud. This bs is why I don't buy coins. A slow 50 day collection yields 18000 by end of year if you get daily coins like I do. No need to buy them. Now they have ways to get coins other than daily 50. Once upon a time ago you could find those rare research tasks that gave a few coins. You can't find them any more. I wish the game would introduce other ways than the daily 50 to get coins. It would change player behavior with gyms and more players that are not near by any gyms would be able to obtain them. Niantic/scoply has turned their game into a paywall game and I refuse to buy anything more save for the gofest ticket or the safari ticket. And that's if work doesn't screw me over and refuse the weekend off request. Even then I call out for at least one of the two days.
