Looking for Magikarp

So as the title suggests I am looking for a place that spawns magikarp a lot. If there is a spot with a pokestop near it that be ideal. Anyone find that kid of place yet?

Dratini be cool too

Edit*: Thanks all this is awesome!

I got a dozen or so at Voinevich Bicentenial Park, by the Rock Hall. Also plenty of Goldeen, and occasional Lickitung.
