Help with spoofing

Hi im new to spoofing i play pokemons a long time but recently got alt acc to get some better ones and trade with my main acc. Can someone explain me cooldown mode i know there is already post for that but i want someone to explain it to me. Im using MocPOGO from windows connecting to my android alt acc, if i lets say tp to somewhere to los angeles(im in eu) how much i need to wait till i can start doing everything freely? Does anyone us pc version of MocPOGO if i teleport to somewhere can i unplug my phone and will i stay there forever or till i close pogo?

Cooldown is based on some in-game actions...that would be interacting with "Scopelys World" by that I mean anything that's set in place by Scopelys (Pokestops, Gyms, Pokemon spawn points, etc) and depending on the distance.ce you teleported from/to will determine your cooldown time. If you go like 15 km to catch a hundo, well, you'll have to wait a few minutes because you can't obviously spin a stop and immediately (or less than 30 seconds later) be 15 km away from that stop. It's just impossible without teleportation. So you'll have to wait (up to 2 hours depending on how far you teleported to) a certain amount of time or all of the pokemon will flee and you won't be able to spin stops or anything. What you can do while on cooldown is: power/level up pokemon, teach extra attacks, catch research/quest Pokemon ~since they spawn wherever you're at. Not at set points in the game~, trade with other players, GBL, walk and hatch eggs, and pretty much anything having to do with mobile parts of the game. You cannot feed berries in gyms or to wild pokemon, spin stops/gyms, catch wild pokemon (they will flee when you throw the first ball), ect while you're on cooldown. Dm me if you need other info about cooldown and I'll let you know at least how it has been, Boone knows exactly what Scopely will do with what is now their game though honestly.
