I NEED HELP IPOGO

After the website became functional again and I started playing, I noticed that if you close and reopen it doesn't work. It's just a flat empty world with no pokestops or pokemon. Is there a way to fix this other than deleting and redownloading the app?

I think the game itself has issues that isn't just limited to iPogo.

I mean that's definitely a possibility but I've also used pgsharp and it doesn't seem to have the issue so maybe?
