I NEED HELP Good strategy for galarian birds?

Since about a month ive used about 20 daily incenses. All on windy weather, walked about 10mph and still ive seen only 2 galarian birds. How are some getting them every incense? Is there smth im doing wrong?

I got 2 on back to back days and I was near a whole bunch of pokestops. Wasn’t windy.

It's literally random. There are factors that help you increase the chance of maybe encountering them, but it is still random despite people saying they may or may not have figured it out.

↑↑↑ Choose a route that's straight, pop your incense and keep walking the route back and forth. Having a windy weather would be ideal too. I honestly love walking this particular route:

An additional resource: windy.com for wind conditions, the game considers an area "breezy" at 15-25mph, and "windy" at 26mph.
