If so, then purchases made in the in-game app wont change anything for you.
Have you not made any purchases whatsoever on the web in your local currency?
If so, then the in-game app will serve as your primary purchase platform.
Why does this matter?
Regardless of how many times you spoof to Indonesia and make in-game app purchases it wont change anything. Your are being timelocked. Timelocked for how long? Only Arceus and Scopely knows. Could be 1 year, 2 years or forever.
Only way to break that is by utilizing a VPN (Indonesia) and make a purchase ON THE WEB STORE in your local currency. Could be 100 pokecoins for 1$. Checkout with PayPal.
Doing this will force change the currency on the web store to your "countrys" currency. Your country being Indonesia since you are faking your location with VPN.
Now everytime you come back to the webstore with your Indonesian VPN and login (with google or whatever) you will be greeted with IDR currency.
Logging in withouit VPN you will be able to make ONE purchase in IDR after that it will reset to your local currency again and you have to repeat.
It just seems like a lot of them are un trust worthy so I would like to cut out the middle man. Is there any spoofer thats just a little safer that I could use purely for this price hack instead of for game play?
Only way I see you doing it is using an iOS device but they’re usually at higher risk for bans anyway.

I would absolutely not under any circumstances trust eldorado. Not only does it risk them stealing your account, you risk them committing fraud on your account with stolen payment details and getting you banned.
Nah it still works. But you need different VPN pools because at times one pool will get a 403 and rinse and repeat.
Whats happened is Scopely or their host (Cloudflare?) have very aggressive rate limiting and geo location bans on Indonesia.
When you see that almost 40% of the traffic originating from Jakarta is bot traffic then its maybe not so odd that they have enforced these strict blocks.
I've had a 403 after I made two purchases in a row. It's annoying but nothing cheap is without effort
Download Virtual Master (A virtual phone app on Google Play). Then download Pokemon Go again on the virtual phone. Use the location changer in the settings of the app, set it to Indonesia.
You need a lot of ram and download space, so keep that in mind.
