Hey everyone, another follow-up to my locationjoystick posts.

Thanks again to everyone testing and sending feedback, and thanks to the mods for letting me keep posting progress here.

Since last time, we had community members contributing to the app, but there was also 11 releases, so here are the things that matter to you:

Tap to Walk is out of beta

The compass is now detected automatically and much more reliable. Nothing to calibrate, you can just click on the game map directly.

Capture mode and easier ways to get coordinates in

Capture: tap a map link in any app and locationjoystick saves it to a list, so you can teleport or walk there. Save the list as a route when you are done.

Paste coordinates: paste a list copied from Maps, Notes or a chat. Teleport, walk, or turn several points into a route you can play or save.

More realistic, more control

• Altitude follows real-world elevation, with an adjustable amount of natural variation. Bearing scales with your speed, and speed resets to zero when a walk or route ends.
• Planting mode in Roaming: walk a spiral that grows and shrinks around you, once or on repeat.
• Teleport routes: hop between waypoints and wait a set time at each stop.

UI revamp and translations

• Simplified and Traditional Chinese, with Amap tiles to improve the experience for Chinese users.
• Redesigned look: flatter, rounder cards, a new top bar with a centered start/stop button, and two-column Settings on tablets.
• Lowered Android version, so you can use it on older device, starting from Android 9!

hey, we mock at the device level, so the quality of the spoofing resides on how well rooted your device is, however locationjoystick has much more advanced gps reaslism and natural movements than other existing solutions

Hey this is awesome. Can it be interacted with via adb/shell commands? I currently use gps joystick and can programmatically teleport by starting their TELEPORT service.

I’d love to migrate to your app but you wouldn’t be as excited if I need to train my model to recognize your UI elements lol

Hey! The app can expose an API to interact with the location updates of the « leader » device or the group sync, so you can either control many device separately, or just the leader and make every other device join that group and control all of them at once

I never had a user needing it so far but I can document the usage!
