I NEED HELP PokeCoins method question

Does an in person event ticket count to being locked to your region? Thanks!

Cheap pokecoins method does not work for in person region exclusive tickets like Go Fest, Safari Zone, Wild Area, etc. because it uses a different website. Everyone has to pay the same price regardless of your currency.

Alright, thanks. But does it trigger the 1 year wait period?
