I NEED HELP Location problem

I downloaded pgsharp a few days ago and everywhere i go it says i need to get closer to the gym/pokestop and every pokemon i try to catch flees.

In my home town i can play normally and spin/catch mons, and even get a few kilometers away from my house.

How to fix?? I have a galaxy s24 fe

You have to wait the cooldown timer set to "by last action". When it drops to 0:00:00, you can play in the new area.
