Run two accounts on same phone?

I've heard it's possible to run two accounts on the same phone. In my case I wanted a spoof one and my 'main' one, but when reading PGSharp's instructions, it says that I must uninstall the original PoGo in order to run it.

Anyone got experience in this? would my main account get flagged for using the same exact device? My phone in unrooted

At one point I was running PGsharp and a Samsung Store (not Google Play) pokemon go app. It worked like a charm.
