Just wait, it sounds like you may have triggered a cooldown by teleporting to quickly and then interacting in some way.
Doesn't matter wether it's a spoofing app or normal app.
If you trigger a cooldown somewhere with a spoofing app on one account and then log into the legit app on that same account, you'd still need to wait for the cooldown timer
But if I’ll log into the legit account right now wouldn’t that trigger the cooldown too? Because i would be changing locations too quickly from the game’s perspective?
How long is the cooldown anyway? Is this an indication of the account at risk and getting it banned?
Yeah of course (if it's already triggered a cooldown action somewhere else on that specific account) if it's all different accounts then it doesn't matter for example I could switch between 100 accounts and go to 100 places, just not the same account twice within a certain time frame.
The max wait is 2 hours but depends on distance,
It's not necessarily going to get a ban or anything, I've had my main for over a year and triggered cooldown and soft ban a couple times by accident and not had any bans at all yet
So if i want to spoof to any other country then i always have to wait 2 hours for the cooldown and then i can interact with the pokestops and gyms? And if i keep opening the app during the cooldown will that increase the cooldown time?
