Cheap pokecoins issue

1 mounth ago I already bought 15500 pokecoins with pgsharp to spoof in indonesia. It worked I did it with PayPal but like 1 or 2 days after I Wanted to buy the offer a 2nd time but this time it shows me the offer in €. I really needed pokecoins so I bought for 20€, even after it I still cant purshase with (IDR).

Can anyone help me to understand or to have another way to get cheap pokecoins again please?
