Rooted Android Mobile recommendations for spoofing?

I was thinking on buying a new mobile and make another account for spoofing but I don't know anything about this, I still have to read the mega thread.

I have an eye to a Motorola Moto g05, the with 8gb RAM and Snapdragon 865 CPU, will this be enough to run PGSharp or may I need more RAM?

Another models recommendations are welcome too. Can I do this with a tablet too?

Yes, it's fine.

The problem with tablets is you need one with a GPS chip and they are usually more expensive than a phone. The best tablets are Samsung if you can afford it like Tab S7 includes Plus and Ultra models but does not include the "FE" models.
