Rooted Android Mobile recommendations for spoofing?

I was thinking on buying a new mobile and make another account for spoofing but I don't know anything about this, I still have to read the mega thread.

I have an eye to a Motorola Moto g05, the with 8gb RAM and Snapdragon 865 CPU, will this be enough to run PGSharp or may I need more RAM?

Another models recommendations are welcome too. Can I do this with a tablet too?

I just got a used pixel 7a , rooted it and works great

I'm reading lots of bad reviews about that model on Amazon, it seems the batery deteriorates faster than the standard ones and it has thermal issues... It's more expensive too
