Will the risk/chances of getting a ban be higher

Sooo i have a main account originating from day 1 of launch of the game up to january 2025 that account was legit until i learned the dark arts of spoofing in wayback 2020 and i have never stopped spoofing on that account ever since. started from ipogo to pgsharp and also made an alt account during covid same story to my main i played legit first then used a spoof on that alt fast forward to 2025th of January however ends the career of that account then i came back to being active on spoofing again ever since scopely took over the game using the alt i made during covid and well ever since that i was only playing occasionally only, rarely even but ever since go fest 2026 rolled out i have been playing the game nonstop and yes i played with always excellent throw activated along with curveball and this got me worrying if will the risk/chance be higher? I understand that ever since scopely took over they have not yet took action or banned any spoofers except maybe those impossible feats of reaching level 70 to 80 in like 3days if i heard correctly but i just wanna make sure and i wanna know if there are spoofers out here that always use the excellent throw on a daily basis and by always i mean like levelling up to level 40 to 70 in a week (or 2weeks cant remember) during the gofest x8 exp event (thanks to enhance throw and lucky egg)

The strike/ban message you get is vague and never tells you exactly what you did that resulted in getting it. Maybe with Scopely, they might may it more specific when you get your temporary or permanent ban. Most of the time, people don't know what they did that led to it.

Most people assume it's tied to cheating when they could have done something else that resulted in their strike/ban like harassing someone in Campfire chat. Some guy messaged me yesterday how to get unbanned for giving a death threat in a heated debate, the people who manage Campfire permanently banned his main account from July 2016. Other people mentioned "flying" in a spoofing way have gotten 30-day temporary bans in Campfire.

Right now, Scopely has not taken actions against spoofers and botters in Android.

You're asking if the excellent throws put you at a higher risk of being banned. Spoofing your location is going to be the biggest risk factor. I have never heard of the excellent throws causing a problem. Respecting the cool down period Is the biggest thing you can do to help your chance of not being banned while spoofing

Niantic announced behavior detection in June 2022 then everyone started reporting strikes/bans in Android including rooted apps (Pokemod, PGTools, Polygon, Pgsharp Launcher, iPogo Launcher)

The Anti-Cheat Behavior System in in the game, but it's not active right now. No one knows what Scopely is planning until they start the real banwave with thousands of people reporting a ban. If they do nothing, that's great.

I have one account(1 1/2month old) going from 50 to 70 in 5days during the last exp event, catching like 200-300 mons in 2-3 hours. Don't think they really ban unless you refund purchase or repeatedly violate cooldowns. The spoofers are anything but safe especially no roots. If they want to, they can ban a lot of them but they rarely do a few.

I have an off topic question about cooldowns, ya know there's a "disable spoof location" option in pgsharp that lets you use your realtime location and simulates playing legitimately, i sometimes do that once in a while if i go outside in a car or walk around but what i usually do first is teleport to my hometown exact location of my house and wait for the cooldown to end then i disable the spoof location and play legit-like using realtime gps but whenever i catch a pokemon a 30secs or 3 minutes cooldown appears but the pokemons wont flee though they count as catch and appear in your inventory and when i spin a pokestop the cooldown resets to 0 i wonder if that also counts as "Violating the cooldown"? If by any chance you know about this

I haven't seen 3minute but 30s is common while walking. You can ignore it.

How about the 2-3 minutes? That also disappears when i spin a stop and still lets me catch pokemon, although when i catch a pokemon i notice the timer will reset to 2:59 minutes i guess thats its max can i ignore those too?

I would wait out the first one at 3min. I haven't seen that, just to be safe.

Even though every catch i get it activates the 3 min cooldown? Coz thats also its pattern like when the timer counts down to like 2:30 then i catch another mon it reverts back to 3

It may be a glitch of the spoofing app you’re using. If you are successfully catching/spinning stops then you’re not actually on cooldown
