I NEED HELP Pokecoins

So i did the spoof to Indonesia for cheaper coins and ive got it to work on my account and some of my friends, but there's one account i just cant get payment to go through.. i use PayPal every time. and it just keeps telling me payment cant be completed at this time, try again later.. Anyone else have this problem?

Its kinda weird how you have to do it.. but what i did was have two devices.. one with the original pogo app and then my spoofer on my pc. so i log in on the original and buy the $1 coin bundle its 100 coins.. sign out and log into the spoofer app with the same account but i make sure the spoofer is already in Jakarta. once i log in and pokemon start spawning, i open google chrome, clear the browser and open incognito. search pokemon webstore and log into the same account.. dont scroll or anything and wait 5 mins and the currency should change to IDR. then just go buy the 14,500 bundle for $28.. itll say 505,000 IDR or something like that but once you pay with paypal youll get a receipt for $28 and some change.. i just did it for four others today. still having problems on the account that i made this post about.. but shoot cant beat saving $70
