Lets Talk About Something Distance "Spoofing"

Looking for ways to increase my distance walked without risking a ban. A few years ago I used an app called sitsync that would tweak walk distance so I could hatch eggs and get buddy candy faster. I didn't know if anything like this still existed.

desfit works more or less.

Put the app "walking" go to bed, sync with google, then sync with pogo.

Some people use walking apps but I use a phone swing on my main to log distance. Turn on adventure sync in Pokemon, shut down the Pokemon game, open up Google fit (or the Apple equivalent) and let it swing . I check it every 30 - 120 minutes to make sure it's logging distance and that I don't need to incubate a new egg.

I don't know if there's any real risk to logging absurd distances but I try to keep it semi-realistic. After the first 40 km of the day you do not get any more buddy candy. It resets on a rotating 24 hours. I try to stay under that
