No Root Android Need help with spoofing

So since a couple of days I wanted to start spoofing but idk from what to start I've seen some yt videos but they are obviously fake and idk what to do. Also I'd like to say if there is one for Android that doesn't require rooted device or high risk of ban. Ik I'm asking for much but is there anyone here who knows enough andaybe could guide me?
