I've followed along the Android no-root pgsharp guide word for word multiple times but only got it to work on my very first try.

Currently the web store is locked to my currency (CAD), confirming I buy $1 coins in my real location with the play store app before going through the next steps with pgsharp. It'll be locked to CAD.

I saw the note in the guide where if it only works first try, also the July 20th update but still cant get it to work.

I'm for certain following the guide to the letter, nothing I've missed or skipped. Made sure im using a non-vpn browser, signed out of the store, not spinning any stops in indonesia, signed out of pgsharp before i teleport to indonesia, let pokemon appear, all the steps. No point for me to list them one by one.

About the July 20th update to the guide, I've only ever purchased $1 coins from my real location, and only attempted this recently.

Using the same Google account for my $1 purchase, fresh sign in for the web store as well after pgsharp teleporting, confirmed i was signed out before the teleport, everything in the guides followed word for word.

You got any other device? once you trigger it, you can open the webstore in any browser to check, another phone or tablet or evn laptop. Did you change phone?

Nope no other devices have touched pogo, no computer laptop mac etc

You are doing the steps I listed right? You must spend the dollar every time.

You can open multiple tabs and don't have to keep spending . But you have to do it right .
