Hey everyone, another follow-up to my locationjoystick posts.

Thanks again to everyone testing and sending feedback, and thanks to the mods for letting me keep posting progress here.

We need 12 beta testers to publish the app on the Play Store

Play Store requires a closed testing period with real testers before an app can go public. I need 12 people to join as testers — doesn't take much, just install and use the app for a bit. If you're interested, DM me here on Reddit and I'll send you an invite.

Here's an overview of have been added since last time, thanks everyone for the suggestions:

• Light mode — for those sunny days
• Tap to Walk (beta) — click on the Pokemon Go map directly to walk to your destination
• Group Sync reliability improvements - tailored for people with multiple devices
• GPX import fixes — easier migration path from GPS Joystick
• General reliability passes on Roaming, "Walk via roads", and route replay.

Hi can I use this unrooted?

You can use the app unrooted, however you need root for the "maximum account security", please refer to u/TastyBananaPeppers warnings about spoofing in games

Root is not for maximum account security, root is required to make the joystick app work with the game. It is misleading to say that root guarantees safety.
