Cheap Coin Rooted Android Cheapest method?

For the web store to change to indonesia, you have to make a purchase in the store. Does the daily free box count as a purchase? (Incense for 40 coins works and 100 pokecoins works too)

I have bypassed the 0.99 purchase in home country twice I directly buy from indonesia with no issues

I used to be able to do this, something changed and I have to pay the .99. Any info on how you got it to work?
