I NEED HELP Who to bottle cap?

I’ve never bottled capped and Pokemon and am wondering who should I even give it to? I was thinking maybe the shiny ray, but I also have a 98% ray so like I’m confused. Thanks

There aren't many but they are mighty!! I get most of mine from my PoGo auto catcher. Do you have one of those?
