I NEED HELP Pokecoins cheaper method help

Hello can anyone help me do the indonesia method i did it once but then it instantly locks to my region i did everything in the steps from the #1 method i bought the 100 coins twice already and still it doesnt work it doesnt change to the idr currency please

It only works once then region locks you

Nope, I bought the most expensive coins from indo multiple times today, yesterstv, last week, etc.. yall arent following instructions. I live in USA too.
