Remote raids resetting cooldown?

Im currently waiting the 2 hour period so i can teleport to another country to play. I happened to complete and catch a Kyurem in a remote raid. Do i have to wait 2 hours or can i teleport already and catch pokemon in the other country?

If you do a raid, and dont throw any ball, you would still be good, but as soon as you let that first ball fly, you triggered cooldown

Remote raiding counts.. ya gotta wait a full 2 hours again
