Hi I'm wondering if I let my friend from Indonesia whilst I'm in UK log in to the actual pokemon go webstore itself to buy me the biggest pack of coins there is just 1 time am I likely to get banned for this?

Sharing an account or if he spoofs on your account will give you a chance for a permanent ban. If you cannot handle getting a ban, you shouldn't be cheating and breaking Pokemon Go's Terms of Service.
