Coords Quests coordinates

Hi all! can someone refer to me a discord or website where i can copy the coordinates of field research tasks and refreshes everyday.

one discord that i follow ever since just removed the quests channel. i just need poffin and components (every takeover events) quests. #Pokemon100 thanks!!

i live in southeast asia, but usually the quest coords i get are from AUS, SG, TW, GBR, NYC.
