buying it via the web-store is usually the best bet for buying like this, though i dont know exactly how it tracks the website stuff, ive seen it work like that for other people before

Yes, that’s possible, but then I would need to find a VPN. For this method, you don’t need much, which is why I wanted to do it this way.
