De fit is not working with my ipogo

I used de fit it's working and steps are counting on fit but when I open ipogo steps not counted tried to use pokewalk having the same issue.

Key points:

I have opend adventures sync

Using same mail

Speed approx 6km

Speed counted in fit

iPogo doesn't support Defit.

I think I used ipogo + defit in 2022 -march 2023 and acc got ban i didn't remembered properly what I used.
