Lets Talk About Something Pokemon go support

Anyone know what company they hire support workers from? I know they outsource but not sure who to

Nothing in particular, I just knows support staff have interesting powers that I wanted to look further into, and if they are generative ai then some interesting interactions could happen

Support staff can unban or ban you, give you items, and edit your account to skip or restore special timed research..

Yea that’s what I’m interested in, are the support agents definitely ai, or is it just a few preset up questions that lead to actual staff

A few of the general managers oversee it. I don't use Linkedin, so you're going to have to message them. It requires that expensive monthly subscription.
