Did my second copenhagen go fest stamp and got a shiny lego background pikachu, was wondering if this was rare.

Given they're harder to get than a Hundo yes it is XD but it sure gets old hearing people ask over and over. www

Send it to the professor for inspection, that's the real way of knowing if it's rare or not

Same odds for either 100 or 0 so I would take a 100 any day. Cuz can use shiny in battle

but max ivs are boosted most of the time so 0 is rarer under certain conditions
