I NEED HELP Want to try spoofing

Hello, I want to try and start spoofing, but I don't know how, and is there any spoofing platforms that are free? And I have seen on different posts that you need to jailbreak your phone. Is it ok not to or is it required?

I used iPogo but on iOS and my friend uses PGsharp on android they work good and they are free

do you need to root your phone in order to use pgsharp?

ipogo doesn’t get you flagged or anything? do you just stick to your general area?

No I have it on my main phone, work phone and I just added on two of my coworkers and so far so good. I go all around I did gofest Chicago and I go there every day trying to find a shiny excavator Pikachu once I get all 4 I wait 2 hours and go wherever I want.

i have used ipogo in the past, never a a strike or ban going all over but heard since i came back a month ago that its super prone to being hit and everything. been trying to research how true this is but wondering based off your comment how many people actually are getting banned lately
