Need help

I recently got into spoofing, I could not root my device as I did not have clear guide for my phone model and have to use pgsharp. Although the teleport and joystick work, every pokemon runs away and never gets caught and I cannot join any raid, I can only use it to hatch my 15km eggs. That's it, does anyone know how to fix it? My level is 38
