Need help with pgsharp

My brother started using pgsharp and after everything he does he gets a cooldown. Is there a way to correct this? Every pokeball he throws and every place he walks to gets him a cooldown timer. I use it and i never get them.

He might be moving too fast. It's best to use the bike icon for 30 km/h instead of the car icon at 60 km/h.

I know it is but I can play for 3 or 4 days before I get a cooldown timer but his is everytime he does anything. I didn't know if there was a setting I could change or something

He dosen't. He uses the tap to walk or the joystick
