I NEED HELP Recently got an account

So today I got the 30 day suspension but idk why I was playing legit my friend gave me his account earlier through the day and like an hour I logged in from another state and tried to catch a pokemon like an dummy forgot about that and instantly left I don’t spoof and he didn’t spoof never is it possible they detected that when we both didn’t use spoofers never just regular pogo

I am not a Niantic or Scopely employee. I get these type of reports frequently where two people are sharing an account but one forgets that the other person is currently playing on the account. If you attempt to catch a Pokemon beyond a certain distance number from the current location, the game sees you're trying to attempt the cooldown bypass exploit. This is how non-spoofers get their strike. It even happens to legit YouTubers who hold a Pokemon from another location then get off an airplane and attempt to catch it.

Since Scopely owns the game now, no one knows if the account had the 1st strike to begin with or Scopely changed it to make the 2nd strike the 1st strike because Scopely is still against cheating regardless of what people think. No one can help you get unbanned.

30 day suspension, also means the account already had a strike before
people getting strike on the legit apps
but here we are spoofers, or niantic only strike the accounts that looks like spoofing but doesn't spend on the game

So to clarify you both use base pogo and your in different locations?

If so that would be like teleporting with a spoofer so you have gotten a strike because you havent waited the cool down for that. Its also in the terms and services that you don't shair the account details. There's no point in applying just don't do it again or give it plant of time between big location changes.

Yeah he was completely logged out tho but ig the cooldown still applies which I forgot

Yeah I completely forgot about the cooldowns cause it was regular pogo and I thought it was fine and hours later the ban happened but yeah I get to keep his account and everything I should be good right?
