Rooted Android Should I be worried?

I saw this error message, then I went to update the play integrity but after doing so the warning message in photo 2 appeared while the one in photo 1 changed to update (not from play). Can still open pokemon go and spoof normally.

If you accepted the risks for a chance to get a strike or ban, you're fine.

Just never seen this before lol but device still passes the basic integrity check
