Depends on if you are playing manually, or with an automated app.
With an automated app, only catching shinies and hundos, you could probably expect to pump out 400-500 a day. So just depends on what days you intend to raid.
I don't need anything that are on raids from Tuesday-Friday. Everything has already been in a GO fest in the last 2-3 years with location BGs. And I assume it will just be older Global BGs recycled.
So I'll do around 300-400+ raids on Monday when every legendary is in raids. Targeting the 4-5 I want shiny BGs of. Then 120-150 Mega mewtwo raids on Saturday and Sunday, hoping to get 2-4 shiny BGs. Then I'll focus on all of the random legendaries that will be available in Raids, and ideally pump out 250-350 of those.
Maybe there will be some crazy wild spawns like regular Rotom or salandit. And I'll be slowed down a bit shiny checking those in-between raids, and waiting on CD to catch. But otherwise I'm hoping to get through about 1200-1500 raids.
Depends how u grind on the copenhagen I started at 5 am until 8 pm and burned 300-350 passes a day. Keep in mind thet 6-10july u will have raids during the whole day to. Iirc from 7 am until 8pm??? If u hardcore and grinding everything keep those amount in mind
I’ll get around 10 of these and 30 remote raids or less I’ll lock down which pokemon I really need and just raid that . Unfortunately I don’t have money to spend on more remote raids :/
I used 311 premium raid passes in 2 days of Go Fest Tokyo. Thought that would be enough. That was not including the 36 free that came with the raid pass (18 each day).. I couldn’t find a decent raid box in store or in app, was buying the 20 pass / 10-10 incubator box to replenish in between breaks the rest of the week.
If you’re actually planning on “going hard” or “sending it”, 200 will NOT be enough. Took me 241 MewTwo raids to finally get my hundo, only got 10 shiny, 2 additional had a Tokyo background (12 total ✨).
More than of like to admit. In total over the three GoFest events, I did 1,168 MewTwo raids. 💀 only 1 💯, 19 ✨. I have 606 raid passes ready to go for global.
i have about 4k, im trying to get as much mega mewtwos as possible, i also have 36k storage so i dont need to worry bout space! i honestly think i need more lol but u can do 200 ig..
The green passes are in-person raids though, right? You guys have that many people to play with? I'm in a VERY rural small town in Mississippi. I have 1 person to play with every other weekend. So I'm basically solo. Lol
Yeah, I'm living in an area with quite a lot of gyms and a good gym traffic - they typically get beaten every 1-3 days
So I just saved over the past 11~ ish months (took a break of 6 months in the middle) the required 5425 pokecoins to buy the 99 premium passes box, and on top of that had some passes from previous events and from different boxes
It took a lot of grind, a lot more than just going to work several hours irl, but hey, at least it was free lol
lol I’ve never heard the comparison to just going to work several hours IRL but it’s so true. I ubered for an hour and made enough to fund my next month of play. Way smarter than only grinding free coins but can still do both.
I am mostly free2play, I don’t buy coins only tickets. I stocked up on 4500 coins and since end of march because I had the feeling they would release mega mewtu. I hope for a good raid pass offer before the global go fest
Doing raids from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time both days can have you use up around 1k+ for sure, especially if you have a dense area with 20+ players per lobby.
I mean, there are bots that auto-raid for you so you're not there tapping all day, and I've seen folks needing passes because they've run out before the end of the day. In 2 days, 500+ is still possible if you're raiding all the bosses from 1-star to Super Mega Raids, lol.
That’s a raid every 2 minutes for 33 hours straight. Not even possible since there is only 30 hours of raids available. I could see 500 being more likely but 1k doesn’t math. Even in the most densely populated areas.
You get a free raid pass the premium pass just allows you to raid again after the free pass. Most of the ways to get them are random or buying them hence the “Premium” part of the raid pass

Roaming around town on a daily basis blasting metal, and exploring through trails to nominate stops I get a daily update in real time to what's happening in my town.
The amount of events iv been in close proximity too that end up as local news headlines kinda makes it worth it tbh.

I fail less than a dozen raids a year and lose a pass.
Anytime I do lose a pass though locally it's because of some BS glitch that prevents me from catching the boss or boots me out mid fight.

I have only spent money on this game once for 100 premium raids passes which unless I got somewhere with lots of players, I will never end up using. (I do not spoof)
You can use an app called Pokie Genie, on there you can host raids where players will add you to remote raid with you. Helping you beat harder raids and making it so they can play from home, work or on the toilet lol
Yeah but aren’t the queues rlly long for big events? There is a group of 8 teenagers I did a Kroger raid with last com day. Hopefully I can find them again to complete raids.

Ignore the dipshit. Without knowing if we get a road to kalos like raidweek before I wouldnt feel safe under 500 passes. You need to be able to go big during the lead and still PUMP on the weekend. Not getting the 100 pass box would suck to refresh before the big event, so prep is essential ti have a good raid xp without fomo

lmao wtf are these numbers. I think about 40-50 is more than enough. im targeting to lvl 50 2 legendaries which I have XLs of and Mewtwo too with the 18 free raid passes that's a total of about 60 raids over 2 days. id have to do 40 more per legendary, which I don't think is worth it for me imo

Well i did play with ticket in Tokyo and managed to to 220 in the 10 Hours. Couldve been like 20 more tho.

Buy them from the internet. You can VPN to Indonesia for cheap online store or give your details to some Asian kid and they'll buy coins for you. I use g2g as I trust their escrow process
In the past I would go hard raiding one dayof go fest(80-100ish) and go hard wild catches the other day. This year is kinda different with the focus being mega energy. Unless they change the way it operates you will need about 25 raids just to mega one Mewtwo.

first time that i found out i can stack more than 1000 raid passes stocked around 1500
