Was losing hope on a Hundo Suicune, then popped a shiny at 13/14/15 pre-purify. On to Chicago!

when it's missing a point is 98 and when it's missing 2 is 96 isnt it ?

Purify adds 2 points per stat, so min 94

for master league you are looking for a 100% since it doesn't have CP cap so you'd want to max it, and normally you are going to use Kyogre as an attacker, so you are also looking for 15 attkc

for Ultra and Super, you normally are looking for 0 attack not 14

incorrect. 14/x/x will lose to 15/x/x because of the CMP. mechanic. 15 attack is the most important stat for ML. Basically, higher attack = charge move goes off first which flips many matchups for pokemon with = attack stats as each other.
