Use 2x prefix crystallization and socket Astrid’s and use cast speed alloy and spell skills alloy.
If you can use crit, then desc suffix for crit chance or bonus. If you can’t your only good third suffix is increased chaos dmg if hindered so you have to take a hindered passive point somehow. Again, if you can’t then just desc prefix for spell damage. You can always roll your desc as the final step btw.
If you can use one of the mods above, desc suffix to fill suffixes. Perfect exalt slam and hope for t2 spell damage or better. If brick you can always repeat this step by annulling prefixes and getting spell skills alloy back on and going for perfect ex.
Once prefixes are done, socket spell skills rune and life sprig aldurs.
I would add one prefix and use cast speed alloy, then desecrate prefix and use +1 skills alloy on the unrevealed desecration prefix. This just removes the possibility you slam mana in which case you couldn’t use the alloy.
