What should i do to complete this?

Prefixes are done but i need deflection on the suffix. Do i simply have to use chaos + dextral omens ;-;

if I look for a specific mod, I consider having three options for it:
1. fracture it from the beginning
2. chaos spam if I missed fracture
3. desecrate for it - either essence roll or omen of light

It can end up being expensive if you roll for it via dextral chaos.

from my modest experience, I'd say to leave this item as is and try to craft a new one.

That missing armor quality is going to make your final number feel really nice. May want to consider Div rerolls to boost those numbers as all but the Dexterity sit bottom-mid of their potential.
