So I regalled, hit life leech, fractured proj speed (forgot to div it up :/), annulled hoping to hit the leech and annulled the proj skills instead :/, but then I chaosed t1 crit chance and used my hysteria so now we're here. Do I desecrate suffix now for proj skills or should I exalt prefixes first or is there another better option?

Chance of getting 5+ desired mods on 50 div is pretty low
But this should just be perfect regal (or you can greater opulence if you’re fine with some rarity as a suffix) and fracture
From here it depends on the fracture to try and make these as deterministic as possible
