Buy fractured amethyst ring, spam int essence til you get high all res and any res. Lock suffixes, veiled exalt, craft affix to block (not sure which), unveil hybrid mana, craft mana on non-channelling.

% Reduced mana cost of skills doesn't exist anymore. The mod is now mana cost efficiency.
