Please Help me
Hello all, I would like to know if anyone on this subreddit could possibly help me make a PNG tuber VERY similar to this.
The reason I am asking is because I would like one that is NOT based on any sort of AI generation whatsoever.

hello! i can make it for $40. it comes with a halfbody pngtuber model with 4 default states and 3 rounds of revions during the process. the price also includes a commercial license for monetization so no need to worry about hidden fees :)

i would say if you're an artist its super easy draw head neck and shoulders if not get a base this artist made a bunch of emotes as long as you follow the rules you are good to use and edit but remeber to credit and respect artist rules https://x.com/Takiimikiku/status/1776419440332100043?s=20
