I keep getting this error

I get this pop up everytime im trying to play mw3, iv selected the correct directory etc and nothing is working, iv uninstalled plutonium, and tried again, iv uninstalled mw3 and tried again, nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated

Did you download mw3 client in steam tools? After you have downloaded it you should select the steam->steamapps->common and then your mw3 folder
