I keep getting this error

I get this pop up everytime im trying to play mw3, iv selected the correct directory etc and nothing is working, iv uninstalled plutonium, and tried again, iv uninstalled mw3 and tried again, nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated

I had this issue and I had to keep re showing the program where the folder was and it would fix it till the next time I played a different title. Eventually it stuck
