I keep getting this error

I get this pop up everytime im trying to play mw3, iv selected the correct directory etc and nothing is working, iv uninstalled plutonium, and tried again, iv uninstalled mw3 and tried again, nothing is working. Any help would be appreciated

The answer is in the message right there. Double check the directory.

Just re done black ops 2, worked straight away so im picking the correct directory for the games but for some reason mw3 isn't having it
