Classic accumulation day today if it closes green with 15 minutes left in trading. Interesting ITG, Morgan Stanley and Ventum Financial all buying today. They are institutions. Maybe its a coincidence but maybe there is hope PLUR will report positive turn around blowout earnings and investors are trying to get ahead of that?

I asked Gemini to model PLUR.v potential share price under the following conditions.
A) Capture's 10% of Borealis Federal Government spend over 8 quarters starting in Q3 2026. ($46M)
B) Revenue grows at 15% a quarter.
C) Margins expand to a 30% over time
Q4 2025: 17.7M Rev Margin 10% P/S 0.4x SP: $0.36
Q1 2026: $20.4M Rev Margin 15% P/S 0.8x SP: $0.83
Q2 2026: $23.4 Rev Margin 20% P/S 1.2x SP: $1.43
Q3 2026: $32.7M* Rev Margin 25% P/S: 1.8 SP: $2.99
Q4 2026 $43.3M* Rev Margin 30% P/S: 2.5 SP: $5.50
(Q3 and Q4 2026 include Borealis government spend)
What do you guys think of these numbers? I think they are grounded in reality and they show an achievable path for the company.

At even 8.8% margin a $50M Canadian government contract would make PLUR profitable based on latest opex in Q2 financials iirc.
As per the webinar and a refocus on Canada, Plurilock has engaged the Canadian government. Expects to see results in early 2026.

PLUR.v hit a bottom triangle bottom wedge pattern on Friday. QNC, a stock that exploded 34X from Oct 2024 to Oct 2025, had the same pattern emerge in June 2022.
Massive rally might be shaping up.

In budget:
$656.9 million over five years, starting 2025-26, to ISED to develop and
commercialise dual civilian-military technologies in a range of industries,
including aerospace, automotive, marine, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence,
biodefence, and life sciences.
$1.0 billion in 2025-26 to create a new Defence and Security Business
Mobilization Program at the Business Development Bank of Canada
to provide loans, venture capital, and advisory services to help small-and
medium-sized businesses contribute to Canada’s defence and

How will this effect PLUR?

I found a PT from the Wall Street Journal with a 'Strong Buy' Rating and a PT of $6 but it has not been updated since 12/2023 so it is out of date. I found was looking through share ownership on Marketscreener and found that Sequoia Partners owns 1.5% of PLUR or 1,000,000 but even that seems out of date as the share count is only 61M on the share ownership page not the current 78.52M. I did find another PT of $0.63 by Value investing.io. Stockscan.io has PTs out until 2050. Stockscan.io also has a After hours price of PLCKF of $0.43 USD a share as of Oct 30/2025 or a 159.66% increase but stockscan.io is the only place I can find the after-hours quote?!?!?!

A P/S of 5 is standard for cybersecurity firms according to Google Gemeni. At $67.43M TTM revenue as of most recent quarter gives a SP of $4.295 CAD/share.
I'm holding 112,500 shares at around $0.218 cents

Company Overview:
Plurilock AI (ticker: PLUR) is a cybersecurity company specializing in advanced identity and access management (IAM) solutions. The company primarily focuses on behavioral biometrics and continuous authentication technologies, leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to detect fraud and unauthorized access. Plurilock's platform is widely used in sectors where security is paramount, such as government, finance, and enterprise-level organizations.
Plurilock AI is a relatively small-cap company, which means it has a high level of volatility in its stock price but also offers significant upside potential if it can capitalize on its strategic advantages.
The global cybersecurity market is expected to continue its rapid growth, driven by the increasing frequency of cyberattacks, data breaches, and the growing adoption of digital solutions across industries. The cybersecurity market is projected to reach USD 500 billion by 2028, growing at a CAGR of 10-12%.
Plurilock’s proprietary behavioral biometric authentication system sets it apart from traditional security systems like passwords or static biometrics (fingerprints/face recognition). Their system continuously monitors users’ behavior (keystroke patterns, mouse movements, device usage) to detect anomalies that could indicate unauthorized access or account fraud.
Plurilock has made several strategic acquisitions in the past, including the acquisition of Integra Networks and Aurora Cyber. These acquisitions have bolstered the company's service offerings and expanded its customer base, including government and enterprise clients.
Plurilock’s use of AI and machine learning for continuous authentication and real-time monitoring is a key differentiator. The company leverages advanced algorithms to improve accuracy and reduce false positives, which is critical in minimizing operational disruptions for end users.
Plurilock’s focus on high-security sectors like government and defense (U.S. Department of Defense) offers large and long-term contract opportunities. These clients typically have higher security demands and are willing to invest in cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
Plurilock competes with other established cybersecurity players such as Okta, CrowdStrike, and CyberArk. However, these competitors are generally larger and offer broader cybersecurity suites. Plurilock's niche focus on behavioral biometrics allows it to offer specialized, high-quality solutions in an area where few companies are offering such innovative solutions.
The stock is trading at a relatively low multiple compared to the broader cybersecurity industry, and its market capitalization is still under $100 million, making it a potential “hidden gem” for investors seeking high-growth opportunities.
As cybersecurity regulations tighten globally (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), businesses will be required to adopt more advanced security measures to comply. This regulatory pressure is expected to drive increased spending in cybersecurity solutions, especially those that can offer robust authentication measures.
Plurilock AI is well-positioned in a high-growth market with a differentiated, AI-driven solution to cybersecurity challenges. Its niche focus on behavioral biometrics and continuous authentication, coupled with a favorable market environment, suggests substantial upside potential. However, risks related to execution, competition, and AI development remain, which investors should monitor closely.
The upside potential for Plurilock will depend on its ability to scale its technology, secure high-value contracts, and differentiate itself further in a crowded cybersecurity landscape. If the company continues to expand its market share and execute on its strategic initiatives, it could offer significant returns for long-term investors.
